Shun received her Physics Diploma from Kansas State University in 2014. For her PhD, she worked in Prof. Kristan Corwin's group at James R. Macdonald Laboratory in Physics Department. Her PhD work was focused on developing portable frequency references using fiber-based frequency comb. She joined the Stamper-Kurn group in 2014. She started by working on the magnon quasi-condensation experiment. Now E4 is during a phase transition to a new direction of dual-species ultracold molecules.
